Moonlight Pension is located just 5 minutes by foot from the famous Sultanahmet (Blue) Mosque, Aya Sofya Museum, Topkapi Palace and the Archaeological Museum, plus scores of restaurants, shops and other places of interest.

The Egyptian Bazaar and Grand Bazaar are about 15 minutes by foot and contain thousands of shops. We are also five minutes from the Tram (Sultanahmet Station) which runs down to the Eminonu District where you will find the Central Train Station and ferries to all areas of Istanbul.

On Wednesdays, there is a farmers' market with produce, clothing and household goods for sale. And the shore of the Sea of Marmara is a short walk away. Our neighbourhood is an interesting mixture of local residents and tourists from all over the world.
